In whatever way we retain the controversy as to the exact definition of literature commences. The moment that the question is raised our difficulties begin and mostly there is no room for discussion and it remains unanswered. Literature is somewhat like dream because whatever we cannot do in reality we try to portray it through our imagination in literature however this process does not only limited to that but also goes one step ahead to it. It also tries to bring out some innovative solution; either of rising arms against that situation or to change and challenge it or to raise questioning spirit etc. this is what something new that literature does and plays very vital role in human life. Hence we always find it interesting.
